Brian Bilek - Director of Business Development 
Brian Bilek began his ADI career with the Corporate Jet Sales team in spring of 2009. As a former business owner and a Gulfstream GV, Falcon 900EX and Fokker 70 captain for Ford Motor Company, Bilek brought more than 25 years of business and professional aviation experience. Bilek is a Western Michigan University graduate in aviation technology. He also spent 12 years flying the A-10 Warthog with the Michigan Air National Guard, which included NATO support operations in Bosnia and Thailand. In fall of 2009, Bilek assumed additional responsibilities where his business acumen and entrepreneurial drive assisted efforts in the business development division of ADI. Today, as a valuable asset to the ADI corporate growth, Bilek is responsible for the guidance and expansion of ADI's entire sales force and structured program procurement. His extensive aviation credentials, exceptional integrity and customer service focus have and will undoubtedly continue to provide a wealth of experience to ADI's present and future clients.
Kenneth J. Wade - Executive Director of Aircraft Sales
As a 33-year veteran of ADI, Kenneth Wade serves the company as executive director of aircraft sales. He is responsible for the sales and marketing of new and used aircraft to the business community.
An aviation engineering graduate from Western Michigan University, Wade joined the Navy and served on the U.S.S. Coral Sea as an aviator in the F-4 Phantom fighter jet, operating in the Western Pacific off the coast of Vietnam. He earned the rank of lieutenant and graduated from the Navy's prestigious Top Gun Fighter School.
During his tenure with ADI and while selling primarily new aircraft for Beech Aircraft Corporation, Wade received several accolades including Rookie Salesman of the Year for North America, Million Dollar Salesman Awards and the "Blue Coat Award" for sustained superior performance.
Wade is recognized for his comprehensive knowledge of business aviation aircraft and his ability to assemble and present complex transportation programs to both large and small corporations.
Donald M. Ridge - Executive Director of Customer Relations
Donald M. Ridge serves as executive director of customer service companywide. In this position, Ridge drives the service culture, customer satisfaction and strategic initiatives relating to customer service experience. Ridge is highly respected by ADI's customers and delivers an exceptional product consistently.
Ridge began working as a licensed airframe and powerplant mechanic in 1985, and subsequently, he maintained various large aircraft before joining the ADI team in 1993. As supervisor of large aircraft, he was responsible for complete aircraft maintenance and budgeting for two Gulfstreams and a Westwind. In March of 1997, Ridge added the role of OSHA safety manager with the responsibility of maintaining OSHA standards throughout ADI. In September 1999, he assumed the position of executive director of aircraft interiors with responsibility for management of production schedules, budgeting and sales of aircraft interiors.
Ridge graduated from Lewis University with a B.S. in aircraft maintenance and management.
Robert J. LeMay - Vice President of MRO Sales
Robert LeMay joined ADI in 1970 and was named vice president in 1989. LeMay earned his way through the ranks from airframe and powerplant mechanic, service foreman, director of maintenance, operations coordinator, vice president-general manager to a position in regional sales. Prior to joining ADI, LeMay served in the U.S. Air Force as a jet engine technician from 1966 to 1970.
LeMay holds an associate's degree in business administration from Oakland Community College.
Shawn Huarte - Director of Operations, Air Shuttle Group
Shawn Huarte joined ADI in 2004 and was named director of operations, ADI Shuttle Group in 2007. Huarte is responsible for managing a seven-aircraft fleet of regional jets for the ADI Shuttle Group operation headquartered in Mather, Calif. Prior to accepting the director of operations role, he served as chief pilot, check airman and lead captain for the ADI Shuttle Group. Before joining the ADI, Huarte flew for ExpressJet, Delta Airlines and a variety of business aviation groups. Huarte graduated from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University with a bachelor's degree in aeronautical science.
Kim Beneteau - Director of Operations, Flight Group
Kim Beneteau has been a licensed pilot for more than 40 years. He holds an airline transport pilot certificate and has six different type ratings in transport category aircraft. He joined ADI in 1996 as a line pilot. He became chief pilot in 2000 and has been director of operations since 2004. Beneteau was an integral part of the team that initiated and was awarded ADI's 121 supplemental operating certificate in 2003. Beneteau has extensive experience in bringing various aircraft and operation types under ADI's management. Beneteau's responsibilities include oversight of the company's FAR 91, 121 and 135 flight operations, and he serves as the company's liaison with the Federal Aviation Administration.
Andrew Meyer - Chief Pilot and Dir. Training of Flight Group
Andrew Meyer began flying as a professional pilot in 1992. Since then, he has logged more than 9,000 hours flying various turboprop and jet aircraft ranging in size from an MU-2 to Airbus A319. He holds five type ratings in turbine-powered aircraft operated under FAR Part 91, 135 and 121. Meyer joined ADI in 1999 as a line pilot. In 2005, he was appointed chief pilot of aerodynamics 121/135 operating certificate. He is responsible for the supervision of pilots to ensure safe flight operations and regulatory compliance, development of standard operating procedures and oversight of check airmen.
Douglas Chouinard - Chief Pilot, Flight Group
Doug Chouinard is the Chief Pilot for the ADI Flight Group. Chouinard was previously the Director of Operations for an ADI managed contract operating a McDonnell Douglas MD-83 aircraft for a professional sports team. Prior to that time, Chouinard was an Airbus A-320 captain on the 121 operation managed for a Michigan-based Fortune 50 company by ADI, and was integral in initial and North Atlantic certification. Chouinard has a diverse aviation background, including worldwide military airlift command operations, 121 scheduled and non-scheduled passenger operations, and 125/135 ad hoc passenger and cargo operations. Chouinard studied aviation science at Queen City College, in Allentown, PA.
Michael J. Snelling - Director of Safety
Mike Snelling joined ADI after 28 years of military service as an officer managing safety programs at all levels in the U.S. Army. As a Master Army Aviator rated in several rotary and fixed wing aircraft, his service includes combat tours in Panama, Desert Storm and Operation Iraqi Freedom. He is responsible for managing ADI's air and ground safety programs to ensure safe operation of ADI aircraft while providing the safest environment for employees and visitors. He holds a M.S. in occupational safety and health from Columbia Southern University, a B.S. from Excelsior College and is an aviation safety officer graduate from the U.S. Army Safety Center.
Curtis Booza - Director of Maintenance, Flight Group
Curt Booza is the Director of Maintenance for the ADI Flight Group. Booza joined the ADI team in 2008 as an Aircraft Maintenance Controller and earned his way through the rankings to his current position. Booza has over 20 years of experience as an aircraft technician and is FAA and FCC licensed. He received his Associate degree in Aviation Airframe Technology and a Certificate of Graduation in Aviation Power Plants Technology from Macomb Community College and earned his B.S. degree in Aviation Management and Safety from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
Steve Willison - Chief Inspector of Flight Group
Steve Willison graduated from Montcalm Community College in 1980 and got his start in aviation that same year working as an airframe and powerplant technician on DC-3 and C46 aircraft. In 1985 he began performing maintenance on corporate-owned Cessna and Piper aircraft. Willison began his employment with ADI in 1989 performing aircraft maintenance and inspection duties. He currently is the chief inspector for the ADI Flight Department where his responsibilities include technical manual writing, FAA liaison, aircraft records research/organization, maintenance requirements implementation, continuous analysis and surveillance, and aircraft airworthiness oversight.
David Jones -MRO Accountable Manager 
David Jones joined the ADI team in 2001 as an airframe and powerplant technician and earned his way through the ranks to his current position as the accountable manager where he has the responsibility and authority over all repair station operations conducted under Part 145. He served in the U.S. Army from 1978 to 1997 earning his Aviation Mechanic, Rotary Wing Aviator, Maintenance Manager/Test Pilot, Warrant Officer and Aviation Life Support Technician diplomas along the way. He also worked as the director of safety developing and implementing various safety programs.
Tod Wulff -Dir - Gov't Programs and Avionics Sales 
Tod Wulff's aviation background and experience began in the U.S. Marine Corps more than 25 years ago with more than six years of active duty. Wulff supported the weapons delivery systems on the Grumman A-6E Intruder Night All-Weather Attack aircraft for Operation Desert Shield and Desert Storm. Wulff executed the duties of a weapons systems specialist, quality assurance inspector and work-center supervisor. During the Gulf War, he also worked toward receiving a secondary MOS as a military policeman when based at Sheik Isa Air Base in Bahrain. Wulff received multiple medals and distinctions and traveled the world to include a 'Med Cruise' on the Carrier USS John F. Kennedy, a 'West Pac' deployment to Japan/surrounding countries, South East Asia, South West Asia and the Scandinavian regions. Subsequent to NATO Operation Teamwork '92, Wulff received an honorable discharge. After working for several MROs and air carriers in his civilian life, Wulff joined ADI in 2005 and has held positions of avionics installation technician, systems integration engineer, senior project manager and director of avionics. Today, Wulff serves as director of avionics sales and director of government programs for technical services at ADI.
