ADI has a deep history in aircraft sales, starting as a Piper dealer in 1960, and then moving to Beechcraft in 1963 as an authorized dealer of new aircraft. For more than 25 years, a large inventory of new aircraft could be seen on the ramp as we conducted sales demonstrations to virtually every major flight department in the State of Michigan. In 1994, the ADI Sales Team created what has become a world-class brokerage service buying and selling across all lines of corporate aircraft and regional airliners throughout the world.
Selling Your Aircraft
Trusting just anyone to represent your airplane could mean leaving investment dollars on the table. Every day that your valuable asset sits on a website amidst dozens of other similar, or potentially more competitive aircraft, will be a costly demonstration of the art of "listing" and not "selling" aircraft.
The ADI Sales Team has the comprehensive knowledge, decades of experience and extensive international resources to help establish a pricing strategy to sell within your desired timeframe and generate the highest possible price in the current market conditions.
Aircraft Aquisitions
Once the important decision to evaluate an aircraft purchase has been made, the real work begins for our experienced Sales Team. It starts with a comprehensive evaluation of your travel requirements.
When the desired aircraft make and model is identified, a worldwide search can begin. Often times, only a percentage of aircraft for sale are visible to the general public. With today's "product-rich" inventory levels, there can be 40, 50, or sometimes 100 or more aircraft to be evaluated.
ADI will assess each of the potential airplanes on an extensive list of criteria and then assign values to each of the aircraft's assets. The comparative data on the best aircraft are graphically presented to the prospective buyer affording easy determination of the aircraft with the highest values.
Once the right aircraft is selected, ADI carefully walks the buyer through the lengthy maze of details pertinent to the sale.
