ADI has utilized a Safety Management System (SMS) since 2003 to ensure that continuous improvement and risk management is applied to our flight and ground operations. ADI's SMS allows us to take a proactive systems-based approach to flight and maintenance activities. This proactive systems-based approach allows us to go beyond regulatory compliance and incorporate best practices for our passengers and employees.
ADI solicits customer feedback to ensure that the safest and most efficient practices are incorporated into our operations. ADI supports an Aviation Safety Action Program (ASAP) for flight and ground personnel to encourage employee participation in our safety program.
Because of this corporate safety culture, ADI is able to boast a safety record without an aviation accident or injury since 1959 while operating throughout six continents of the world.
Employee Health and Safety
ADI's Employee Health and Safety (EHS) culture is based upon the best practices associated with Illness, Injury, and Prevention Programs. Safety audits and employee safety reports allow us to make continual improvement in the health and safety of our employees and customers.
ADI conducts job hazard analyses to ensure that potential dangers to employees are mitigated through administrative controls, engineering controls and/or personal protective equipment. Regularly scheduled audits are conducted to find problems and provide corrective actions for continuous improvement.
